NVIDIA has addressed a recent issue regarding missing ROP (Raster Operations Pipeline) units in its GeForce RTX 5090 and 5070 Ti graphics cards. The company confirmed that only 0.5% of these GPUs are affected by the problem and assured users that the production anomaly has been rectified. Earlier, TechpowerUP reported a performance discrepancy in their ZOTAC RTX 5090 review sample, which was found to have only 168 ROPs compared to the expected count.
